Return Process

  Log into your Lorex account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, mounts, and manuals, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
